This site was owned by Sun Life and LRE were approached to act as developers on a profit share and project management basis and subsequently ran the whole scheme. Planning was obtained to re build and extend the existing shops but on the basis that the whole front elevation and first bay of the property was maintained and re build behind, which made for a complex project.

The project was completed in 6 months and the retail was let in two large units over 2 floors.Unit 1 was let to Maplins Stores Ltd, and unit 2 to The Portman Building Society after a change of use.

This was a very successful project for Axa and LRE achieved its maximum profit share..
