This site was acquired by LRE from Fairview Homes who built a large resindential estate on this site, and were required to provide a community use in the form of a Childrens Nursery. LRE concluded a deal with a local operator Stepping Stones to lease the new building on a 10 lease, plus a profit share.

LRE built the purpose built facility over 2 floors with a soft play area outside with car parking. Stepping Stones still run the facility which is always over subscribed, and receives excellent reports from Ofsted. The property has recently been extended and to approx 2500 sq ft with a capacity for 62 children and a new 10 yr lease has been granted until 2021
