Ken Rayne BSc

Ken graduated in Estate Management from Reading University, and was then employed with Chartered Surveyors Fuller Peiser; a mid-sized London based practice, where he left as an Associate partner. In 1990 Ken joined Purple Parking Limited as Estates Director (subsequently being appointed Managing Director) where he was responsible for site acquisition and managing the Company’s property portfolio. For the last 7 years Ken has retained a consultancy role with Purple Parking, and has also been working closely with London & Regional Estates Limited on many of their development projects
