Clopton Road, Stratford-upon-Avon -new apartments

This project consisted of a Block of 12 two-bedroom flats of approximately 600 sq.ft. each plus 12 car parking spaces. The property was a former garage premises immediately adjacent to the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal, and the site was acquired subject to planning consent for the development.

The project was run entirely by LRE and was acquired and was 100% funded by Sun Life Properties Business Expansion Scheme (BES fund) who acquired all 12 units for letting purposes
