99/100 Northbrook St and 2/5 Northcroft Lane Newbury

This site was owned by Sun Life and LRE were approached to act as developers on a profit share and project management basis and subsequently ran the whole scheme. Planning was obtained to re build and extend the existing shops, form a new service yard and build 3 new, and convert 1 cottage on Northcroft Lane the side street.

The main retail unit was let to Remainders Ltd and the smaller unit to Mobile Phones Direct, both units subsequently assigned. The new build cottages and the conversion cottage were sold and the retail shops were retained by Axa for investment.
