Richard Gay BSc FRICS

Richard is a fellow of the Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Commercial Director of LRE .

Richard Gay, has been involved at a senior level in commercial development for over 35 years; 10 years of which were with Prudential Portfolio Managers (PPM) Limited, where he left as an Associate Director. Subsequently he joined Midland Oak and was appointed a Director of the Property Company and opened their London office. In late 1991 Richard set up London and Regional Estates Ltd. Over his career he has  successfully completed some 35 projects, encompassing, retail, industrial, office and residential projects.
