A pre-let was agreed with National Westminster Bank for the provision of a banking hall on a new 20 year lease . Demolition of the existing buildings commenced in October 1998 and a new two storey single unit of 3,000 sq.ft. is was completed at the beginning of April 1999.
The redevelopment of No. 18 Haymarket was also undertaken on behalf of the owner and which has been retained by them.The National Westminster Bank unit is held by LRE as a long term investment
