This property was acquired in September 1997 from The Prudential . It comprised two narrow fronted shop units which had been combined to create a single unit at ground floor level, with self contained office accommodation at first and second floors.

A scheme was designed to create two retail units, of 1,375 sq.ft. and 1,480 sq.ft, and a pre-let was agreed for one of the units with Going Places Leisure Travel Ltd on a new 15 year lease. Going Places took occupation of the premises in December 1997 and commenced trading in January 1998.

The second unit was subsequently let to Electronics Boutique, in January 1998, on a 20 year lease..

The property was sold to a German investor in February 1998.
